Justine Edmonds has been promoted to the role of Director, Build to Rent at LRG, bringing two decades of UK property experience.

Following her significant role in building the Build to Rent (BTR) division at LRG, Justine Edmonds has been promoted to Director, stepping up from Head of Build to Rent / Leasing Strategies.
With more than two decades of UK property experience under her belt, Justine has a proven track record of advising UK and international investors on schemes that perform across both operations and resident experience.
At LRG, Justine has worked across development appraisal, design review, market positioning and long-term optimisation, with a particular focus on helping institutional investors understand the yield story early, including pre-planning.
She is qualified in interior design and member of the British Property Federation (BPF) and the RICS.

“My focus has always been on helping schemes succeed across the full lifecycle, from early appraisal through to mobilisation and optimisation. I’m excited to lead the next stage of LRG Living Markets’ growth with our partners across the sector.”
Justine oversees the group’s consumer-focused division, LRG Living Markets, which she was instrumental in establishing.
